How has activated jabber.lu server ?
" Jabber.lu " server is installed in Luxembourg. It was something like 4 years ago when an IT freelance ( LaurenT VuillermoZ aka "LTVZ" ) decided to organize this on his own resources cause he thought instant messaging systems will be more and more involved into people online relations. During some years, the system allowed beginners to create accounts and testing this instant messaging system for free based on XMPP protocol.
